Thank you for your interest in Express YOUR Worship Creative Arts Conference (EYW). Our home conference this year is scheduled for November 7th - 10th at The Westshore Hotel in sunny Tampa, Florida (see hotel info below).

Please Note:
  • NO "one-day" rates available. We encourage you to attend the entire conference or as much of the conference as you are able.
  • Registration fees are NON-refundable, but are transferable! NO REFUNDS will be given after funds have been received. Return checks fee of $35 will be collected for a NSF check.
  • No childcare provided. Must be 7 yrs or older to attend.

You MUST mention EXPRESS YOUR WORSHIP CREATIVE ARTS CONFERENCE to receive the conference rate.

 

Single Rooms, King Rooms and Double Rooms are $69.00 plus tax $8.28 (12%). NO meals are included. However, there's a restaurant on site. Remember to request a non-smoking room.

 

Each room is equipped with a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & iron board as well as high-speed wireless Internet access. You may request a microwave and a refrigerator at not charge while supplies last. There is an on-site, full service restaurant. Room service is available during restaurant hours.

 

PLEASE SECURE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS BEFORE OCTOBER 15 TO INSURE YOU GET THE CONFERENCE RATE.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION - Our host hotel - The Westshore hotel is located 6 minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport. There's a courtesy shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Without Walls International Church (where Paula White is the senior pastor), the Westshore Mall, & the world famous International Mall are all within 5 miles of the hotel. Courtesy shuttle hours are: 6: 00 AM - 9:00 PM courtesy shuttle to and from the hotel. Please schedule your air travel arrivals and departures accordingly. When you arrive at airport, go down the the baggage claim area. There's a kiosk with transportation information for all the local hotels. Press the bottom for The Westshore Hotel, you will then be connected to the hotel and they will inform you of the exact pick up time and location. The courtesy shuttle will pick you up at the baggage claim area ONLY. You MUST GET YOUR BAGGAGE before calling the courtesy shuttle! Please allow at least 6-15 minutes for pick up.

 

PLEASE NOTE: I suggest you schedule your courtesy shuttle return when you check-in at the hotel. If you choose to take a taxi to or from the hotel, the approx cost is $7.00 - $15.

Participant Farewell Concert

SIGN UP NOW to participate in "your" closing concert designed just for YOU. The concert will be filmed. SPACE IS LIMITED to the first 10. You may present anything from solo to group pieces - from drama to dance (all styles) to flags to singing to rap. We are looking for variety in the performing arts. All participants MUST be paying conference attendee(s) in order to participate. You must attend a brief orientation meeting an hour before the concert. You and or your group must be there in person with 2 copies of your CD in order to minister on stage. Please mark your CD with your group name and track number BEFORE handing it over to our concert coordinator. Please enter the following information in the last box on the sign up form.
1) name of ministry and church affiliate as you would like it announced
2) name of group director
3) how many dancers in the piece
4) name of song & artist
5) length of song
6) brief description of attire to be worn at the concert
