President, Founder
The President/Founder is the Chief Executive Officer, spokesperson
and visionary of the company. The President/Founder is accountable
to the Board of Directors for the success of Dare To Dance,
Inc.'s vision and is also responsible for all day-to-day operations
and bottom-line performance within the company.
In working
with the Board of Directors, the President/Founder sets the
direction of the company, implements the decisions made by
the Board and its committees, ensures that all policies adopted
by the Board of Directors are properly distributed and explained
to all affected personnel, conducts strategic planning, raises
private and public funds, ensures the integrity and vitality
of the company, and retains overall accountability for the
company. |
Joseph Alesnik
CFO & Products Manager
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dare to Dance is primarily
responsible for managing the financial risks of the business.
The CFO directs the financial planning and goals, budgets,
record-keeping, oversees the investment of funds and manage
associated risks, supervise cash management activities, and
execute capital-raising strategies to support the expansion
of Dare To Dance.
The Products Manager is responsible for the
development and implementation of the strategic plan for Dare
To Dance/ Express Your Worship products and documenting the
ideal sales process. Must maintain close relationship with
the market base (customers, evaluators, and potentials) for
awareness of the market needs and perspectives. This includes
identification of appropriate markets and development of effective
marketing strategies and tactics. The Product Manger also serves
as the solution expert when dealing with thought leaders, analysts,
and press.
Specific duties include the following: Seek new
market opportunities, determining buy/build/partner decisions,
product pricing, analyze product performance and sales success,
documenting market problems, initiating market research and
sizing markets, positioning the product for all markets and
all buyers, documenting product profitability and operational
metrics, and approving final marketing and go-to-market plans. |

Hospitality Manager / Souvenir Booklet Coordinator
The responsibility of the Hospitality Manager is to manage
in-house hospitality activities and programs. Ensuring adequate
room set-up, decorations and catering as well. Must establish
an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness for the special guests
for the duration of their stay, attend to their needs and serve
them with excellence.
Souvenir Booklet Coordinator must seek
people, various business establishments, etc. to purchase advertisements
to be placed in the conference booklet; to make phone calls
or physical contacts on a daily basis; to build a team of five
or more to assist in placing calls and/or sending out information. |

Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to Paulette
Responsible for assisting Paulette in daily personal tasks,
planning and scheduling meetings, organize and maintain paper
and electronic files, manage projects, provide information
via email, postal mail and telephone. Prepare agendas and make
various arrangements for staff meetings. Occasionally facilitate
meetings on behalf of Paulette. Also responsible for assigning/delegating
tasks to the EYW staff in order to help prioritize Paulette’s
schedule. Contacting all EYW staff to ensure all assignments/
tasks are being carried out professionally, effectively and
in a timely fashion. |
Cheryl Webb
Registration Manager/Speaker/Instructor's Liaison
Market conference events via phone calls and emails in the
churches and secular communities. Process registration forms
and transmit confirmations to registrants. Greet pre-registered
participants at conference site. Oversee online registration. |
Suzi

(Vendors) Market Place Manager
The Marketplace Manager assumes ultimate responsibility for
the efficient, professional, safe and profitable operation
of the EYW marketplace (vendor's booth).
Responsible for daily operations and supervision of marketplace
vendors. Provides excellent customer service to vendors and
customers alike. Must ensure that all vendors are educated
about EYW market place polices (i.e. hours of operation,
product competition rule, etc.), have completed the return
of their vendor's application and liability forms to DARE TO
DANCE's office, ensure quality controls and also ensure timely
payment of invoices according to vendor contracts ($100 per
table). |

Worship Service Coordinator
Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating all worship
services at the Express Your Worship Conferences. The Worship
Service Coordinator plans the particulars of the Night of Worship,
arranges the order of worship and movement artists for the
worship services and works with on-site volunteers and staff
to coordinate daily worship services. |
Trinetta "Tweety" McMillian
Secretary & Lighting & Sound Tech
The responsibility of the Technical Director is to ensure
that all technical aspects are carried out in a timely fashion.
This includes: obtaining stage dimensions, responsible for
stage set-up, set design, microphone check, music/speaker/radio
check and ensure projectors and screen function properly. The
Technical Director is also responsible for lighting and sound
as well as setting up dividers and changing areas. |

Theatrical Production Director's Assistant
The Theatrical Production Director's Assistant provides assists
the director with overseeing and orchestrating the particulars
of the theatrical production to ensure the quality and completeness
of the production. In addition to assisting the director, the
Theatrical Production Director’s Assistant is responsible
for hiring costume designers and work with the designer in
order to conceive the overall vision of the production. Also
responsible for conducting rehearsals, managing time, organizing
people and space, as well as purchasing and arranging garments
for the productions and presentations. |

Intercessory Prayer Director
The Intercessory Prayer Director is to set the basic course
for the prayers of the meeting, maintains the contacts, makes
suggestions for further devotions, and provides a way for the
group to effectively pray on private matters.
The Intercessory
Prayer Director communicates the importance of prayer - communicating
with God, praying for our needs, and the needs of others. More
importantly, the Intercessory Prayer Director acts as a mediator
between God and the person or people, closing the gap between
them. |

Public Relations / Sales & Marketing
The responsibility of the Public Relations / Sales & Marketing
Director is to develop and supervise all marketing activities.
The PR Director works under the chief operating officer and
develops sales forecasts as well as advertising, promotional
programs and pricing strategies. |
Pamela Lee
Human Resources & Volunteer Coordinator
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and
overseeing the personnel and volunteers within Dare To Dance.
This includes providing staff supervision and evaluations,
maintaining staff and volunteer records, maintaining written
descriptions for each individual role for Dare To Dance, setting
training courses for volunteers and also being able to assist
volunteers in understanding their participation in EYW conferences/
Dare To Dance events.
In addition to providing staff and volunteers
with pertinent information, the HR manager must be actively
involved in retraining or training new staff or existing staff
or answering questions that staff and/or volunteers have on
policies or procedures within Dare To Dance.
The Volunteer
Coordinator is to be the first personal point of contact for
people who wish to do volunteer work for Dare To Dance/ Express
Your Worship. Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training
of volunteers and maintaining a database of volunteers. The
Volunteer Coordinator will collaborate with members of Dare
To Dance staff to develop new tasks for volunteers according
to the specific needs of the organization; indicating which
areas need volunteer work the most critically at any given
time. |
Stuart Donald Royle
Administrator Europe Office
The Administrator for our Europe office generates and organizes
customized job descriptions for the staff and volunteers based
in England; is responsible for the planning, maintenance and
development of conferences in that area; hiring of all England
based instructors; organizes and oversees administrative activities
and systems that support and facilitate the smooth running
of the company. Prepare agendas and make various arrangements
for England based staff meetings. Occasionally facilitate meetings
and international conference calls on behalf of Paulette. Also
responsible for assigning/delegating tasks to the England staff
and volunteers in order to help prioritize Paulette’s
schedule. It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other
administrative staff from time to time. In addition stands
in proxy for Paulette for all England based meetings prior
to Paulette’s arrive to the country. |
