Paulette is a leader to leaders; a passionate trailblazer and prolific entrepreneur! She is an author, inspiring choreographer/dancer, and a powerful motivational speaker. With 14 years of dance ministry experience: she has a unique ability to bring The Scriptures alive. Her theatrical presentations have a profound ability to impact any audience and transcend language or cultural barriers. Known for her passion, her audiences across the globe visually see God's glory, experience His power and feel His love. Her passion for true worship and life is demonstrated through her dancing as she literally travels around the world. As someone called to portray the gospel through the arts, she ministers with such persuasion. . . with dynamism from her very core. Every movement has a meaning! It speaks a definite message! Paulette understands worship. It's not about the dance for her, rather about worship.

She is a licensed ministry and is under the leadership or Paula White of Without Walls International Church (WWIC) and has been for the past 17 years. For 13 or those years she has directed their lyrical dance department of WWIC. She currently lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband Joseph Alesnik, and is a contract dance instructor and choreographer at David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts and Patel Conservatory: formerly Tampa Bay Performance Arts Center.

She has appeared on TBN, CTN, ABC, and Daystar and has graced the stage with gospel greats such as: Bishop Randy & Paula White, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Billy Graham (dance director for Billy Graham’s Kidz Gig, FL), Celine Deion, Kirk Franklin, Deleon Richards Sheffield among others. She has choreographed for organizations and major productions such as Tampa Bay Performance Arts Center, S.T.A.R Media Ministry (Meet God), I Follow the Beat of the Drum, Billy Graham’s Kidz Gig, FL.

Paulette Rolle-Alesnik is the founder of Lord’s & JP Investors, LLC, which was established in 2002. This corporation is an umbrella for several other subsidiaries such as: (i) Dare 2 Dance, Inc; a Non-Profit Organization; (ii) PRA Leadership Seminars; (iii) Off Stage Dance Performing Arts Academy; (iv) Off Stage Dance & Theatre Company; (v) Lord & JP Real Estate Co; (vi) Project KidzGo (a children’s missionary program); and (vii) Express YOUR Worship Creative Arts Conferences. The companies, which she manages with her husband Joseph Alesnik, are based in Tampa, Florida.

She is the author of “DARE TO DANCE WITH HIM”, one of the top Christian books on achieving “total” wholeness in Christ (body, mind and soul) through dance; and Dare to Dance With Him, (The Manual) - Steps for beginning and maintaining a successful dance ministry.

She empowers and motivates hundreds of thousands with “positive” messages of love, acceptance, encouragement and hope in Jesus Christ as she travels. As a sought-after minister, Paulette travels extensively around the world as a speaker, conference host, and choreographer. Paulette has ministered in Europe, Canada, South America, most of the Caribbean Islands and throughout the USA and has seen thousands of souls experience His salvation POWER!
